Lawyer admitted to the Court of Appeal and registered with the Beirut Bar Association since 2002. Graduate of Saint Joseph University of Beirut (Université Saint-Joseph).
Specializes in corporate law, governance, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Partner at El Hajj & Kanaan Law Firm in Beirut and Partner and Managing Director of Al Harbi Law Firm in Saudi Arabia.
Member of the boards of directors and general assemblies of several associations and NGOs. Has been a member of Mouvement Social since 2012 and served on its Executive Bureau for several terms between 2014 and 2023.
Former Legal Advisor to the Minister of Social Affairs.
